7618 Queens Garden

Queens Garden was built for a family that wanted the quiet of North Dallas without giving up the way they actually live: cooking together, working from home, hosting on short notice.

The plan pulls the kitchen, dining and living spaces into one continuous room, then opens it to a covered outdoor space so the backyard works three seasons a year instead of one.

Design, construction and finish selections all sat with the same Oru team. One project lead held the schedule and the budget, so nothing was re-explained or re-approved twice.
